This Terms & Conditions document sets out the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing the relationship between you as a user and the xmalay1 platform. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the xmalay1 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. xmalay1 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address for compliance purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. xmalay1 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact xmalay1 support immediately.
General User Responsibilities
- You may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the interests of other users.
- You are not permitted to attempt to access any systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems is strictly prohibited.
- You agree not to distribute offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Any attempt at fraud, transaction manipulation, or abuse of the bonus system will result in immediate action being taken on your account.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the xmalay1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). xmalay1 supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, FPX, and platform-approved e-wallets.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by your chosen payment method and are subject to change. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the respective payment method. xmalay1 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in your name — transfers to third parties are not permitted. xmalay1 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal for investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by xmalay1 are subject to their respective specific terms, including rollover requirements, betting limits, and validity periods. Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and account closure.
Liability Limit, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Xmalay1 Liability Limit
Xmalay1 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. xmalay1 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system failures, or data errors.
Xmalay1's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xmalay1 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of xmalay1 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from xmalay1.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Xmalay1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, system manipulation, or any unlawful activity. In the event of suspension, any valid account balance may be reclaimed through the verification process set out by the xmalay1 support team, subject to an ongoing investigation.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Xmalay1 reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. You are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Notification of material changes may be posted on the platform or sent to the email address registered to your account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the xmalay1 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between both parties before any legal proceedings are initiated.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be deemed void while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. xmalay1's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
